About Mike Sando
Mike Sando is a speaker, teacher, and leadership developer with a powerful testimony of redemption. After surviving a life-threatening brain tumor at the age of 10, his miraculous healing set off a chain of events that transformed his family and led him to faith in Christ. With 15 years of experience in Christian and marketplace leadership, Michael is passionate about equipping others with biblical wisdom for life, leadership, and spiritual growth. He is the founder of Pathways for Discipleship and the author of Foundations, a soon to be released online 10-week small group experience designed to help believers grow in their relationship with God by learning the foundational truths of scripture. Mike is also the host of an upcoming podcast on faith, relationships, and leadership that will launch in the summer of 2025. Michael lives in Orange County, California with his wife and their son.
